Ramudden Digital attends ITS Society of Canada’s GTHA Transportation Technology Training Summit

This forum hosted a regional summit meeting as well as providing training opportunities, thought- provoking educational panel discussions, networking and demonstrations that explored technologies and solutions to better manage the local challenges facing transportation and transit infrastructure in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

 

During the summit, Michael McGuire was also a panelist on the "ITS Support for Construction" panel where he presented a new Construction Permit Sign design with integrated QR code, which will help support the City’s new digital RODARs Permitting System.

 

We also discussed how our Intellitag® product will transform this new permit sign into a digital asset, allowing it to automatically track when works have started and stopped, sharing that data with RODARs and navigation apps like Apple Maps and Google’s Waze to help keep drivers away from works areas.
